1. Copyright Infringement Notification
IPTVUK4K respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws, we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed through our service, please submit a written notification containing the following information:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable court.

5. Repeat Infringers
IPTVUK4K reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
6. Good Faith
We take all DMCA notices seriously and will act in good faith to resolve legitimate copyright concerns promptly. False or misleading DMCA notices may result in legal liability.
